For the BFI’s London on Film festival 2015, six Wimbledon students were selected to work on an installation for the foyer at BFI, Southbank. The brief was for a set that was both an installation for the public to view and a working set for amateur filmmakers. From six designs one was chosen, which some of us then went on to build. The build was over five days, and gained positive feedback from both the BFI and the public.
Part of the set went on to be used as part of the Tate Britain’s Late at the Tate: Stand Firm event.
